1. Is Triangle work billable?

No - the work completed during your first Triangle experience is not billable.

The only exceptions to this rule are if Steve gives you a special assignment and specifically tells you to bill for it or if you are asked to lead a Second Triangle after being hired. Part of the work on this Second Triangle will be billable for you.

2. What exactly does the Scribe, Visionary, and Connector do?

The Scribe should look over the “Triangle Member Resources” page and list all of the items that must be included in the Triangle Talent Packet. The Scribe's main job is to collect this information throughout the month and turn in a complete Talent Packet at the end of the month.

The Visionary is responsible for reading the various Triangle instructions, asking questions if needed, and explaining very clearly to the rest of the team what needs to be done.

The Connector is responsible for helping Triangle members communicate. You can choose to communicate in whatever way works for you - phone calls, Google Hangouts, FaceTime, emails, etc.

3. One of my Triangle members is not responding to emails. What should I do?

Send an email telling them they have 2 business days to respond before being removed from your Triangle. Remind them that they will need to complete the Triangle experience to continue working at Lifebushido. After 2 business days with no response, use the email template found on the “Leader Resources Page” for politely removing a member from your Triangle. Be sure to copy in triangle@lifebushido.com and Steve.
